Artichoke 'Green Globe'

This artichoke is produced through tha seed line of the division-grown commercial variety. This is a good choice in or near any of the commercial areas. If you're willing to plant more than you need and rogue out the lower quality heads you should be able to emulate grocery-quality. Grows 4' tall and wide. Grey green foliage. Purple flowers will appear if buds are not harvested. Full sun, medium water. Drought tolerant once established.
