Armeria maritima 'Alba'

Common Thrift, Sea Pink: Evergreen grass-like CA native perennial with clumping  tufts and small white ball-shaped flower heads that rise above the foliage in mid-spring-fall. Deer, gopher and rabbit resistant. Seacoast, fire, sand, clay, heat, wind, and drought tolerant once established. Good for cut flowers, containers and borders. Attracts birds, butterflies and pollinators. Full sun to part sun. Low to medium water.
