Anemanthele lessoniana (Stipa arundinacea) 'Sirocco'

Feather Reed, Pheasant's Tail Grass, Hair Grass: Evergreen clumping grass forming graceful, arching mounds to about 12-14" tall x 3' wide with flower heads rising to 3' tall.  Colorful foliage that shifts through shades of copper, pink, and orange, especially in cooler weather. Golden colored flowers. Great in containers. Full sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, clay, sand and drought tolerant once established. Deer and rabbit resistant.
