Aloe greenii

Icena: A stemless suckering succulent plant that can rapidly form into large groups of dense rosettes. Bright green leaves with greenish-white oblong spots and pinkish-brown teeth. The leaves turn an attractive deep brown when growing in full sun. Dusky-pink flowers on 3-4' tall branching inflorescences from late summer into fall. Attracts hummingbirds. Good for containers. Full sun to part sun. Low water. Seacoast, wind, heat, sand and drought tolerant once established. Deer, rabbit, gopher and fire resistant.
