After Dark Peppermint Willow: Grows to 18' tall x 15' wide with a weeping habit. Scarlet-colored narrow foliage on new growth in Spring that darkens to burgundy. Slower growing than other Peppermint willows. Small white flowers from Spring to early Summer. Low water. Full sun to part shade. Seacoast, wind, heat and drought tolerant once established. Deer and rabbit resistant. Good in containers.
