Myrsine africana

African Boxwood: Hardy, slow-growing, upright evergreen shrub that grows 6-8' tall and 4-5' wide. New growth has red coloration, while older leaves and stems are grayish and leathery. Has insignificant cream flowers, mostly a plant grown for foliage. Sun to shade, summer dry, low to medium water.
