Aeonium arboreum 'Purple Queen'

Purple Queen Aeonium: Long, bare, 2-3 foot tall stems hold large terminal rosettes of green centered, reddish purple leaves. Yellow star-shaped flowers form in long conical clusters from the center of the rosettes in spring. Great in containers. Attracts hummingbirds, bees and pollinators. Full sun to part shade. low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, sand and drought tolerant once established, but prefers occasional water. Deer, rabbit, gopher and fire resistant.
