Aeonium arboreum 'Atropurpureum'

Purple Aeonium:  Evergreen succulent with a striking upright form. 4-6" wide dark-purple rosettes with branched stems to 3' tall. Yellow star-shaped flowers form in long conical clusters from the center of the rosettes in spring. Great in containers. Attracts hummingbirds, bees and pollinators. Full sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, sand and drought tolerant once established, but prefers occasional water. Deer, rabbit, gopher and fire resistant.
