Adiantum capillus-veneris 'Banksianum'

Southern Maidenhair Fern: Graceful evergreen running fern 18-24" tall and wide with divided fan shaped fronds with airy bright green oval-shaped leaflets on black stems. Hardier than species, with thicker rhizomes and upright fronds. Great in containers. Part shade to shade. Medium to high water. Seacoast, heat, bog, clay, sand and drought tolerant but prefers regular water to remain evergreen. Deer and gopher resistant.
