Flowering Maple, Chinese Lantern: Evergreen, compact shrub 4-5' tall and wide with arching maple-like green foliage and showy clusters of small, pendant, bell-shaped, golden-apricot colored flowers with golden stamens. Long bloom season, from spring to fall. Attracts hummingbirds, birds, butterflies, bees, and pollinators. Good for containers. Full sun to part shade. Medium water. Heat tolerant.
