A larval food plant for the Acmon Blue and Hairstreak butterflies. 1’ x 2’ compact mound of softly felted blue-grey leaves with 1” clusters of pink and white flowers that age to a showy rusty hue as they dry, persisting till Fall. Good for erosion control plantings, edging and containers. Salt and wind tolerant. Gopher, fire and deer resistant. Drought tolerant. Full sun, Low to medium water.
