Aeonium 'Jack Catlin'

Red Aeonium: Evergreen succulent with innumerable 6-8'' wide rosettes that are sour-apple green towards the middle and burgundy-red toward the tips of the slightly cupped leaves. Vigorous growth up to 24" tall and wide. Yellow star-shaped flowers form in long conical clusters from the center of the rosettes in late winter. Great in containers. Attracts hummingbirds, bees and pollinators. Full sun to part sun. Low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, sand and drought tolerant once established, but prefers occasional water. Deer, rabbit, gopher and fire resistant.
