False Agave: Rare, evergreen clumping bromeliad with rosettes to 2–3' tall and wide. Red spotted, spiny foliage. Tall, branched flower stalks with dense clusters of small, often greenish-white to brownish flowers in summer. Good for containers. Full sun to part sun. Low to medium water. Heat, wind, sand and drought tolerant once established. Deer, rabbit, and gopher resistant.
