Telanthophora grandifolia

Giant Groundsel: Rare tropical evergreen shrub or small tree to 15-18' tall with leaves that reach 2' long. Huge inflorescences with fragrant yellow flowers bloom during winter. Great in part shade and moist soil. Gopher and deer resistant. Can be used as a short screen.
