Aloe plicatilis

Fan Aloe: Evergreen succulent shrub to 4' tall x 5' wide with gray colored stems that terminate with a fan-like cluster arrangement of flat 12" long slightly upcurved blue-gray round-tipped leaves. Attractive smooth trunk. Terminal orange-red flower stalks extend 12-20" and attract hummingbirds. Full sun. Low water. Great in containers. Seacoast, wind, sand, heat and drought tolerant once established. Deer, rabbit and fire resistant.
